SD1 Dry Chemistry Analyzer

Seamaty SD1 is a fully automated chemistry analyzer designed for the on-site testing. It can provide faster, easier, more accurate medical diagnosis using 0.1cc of whole blood, serum or plasma. With built-in centrifuge, QR code , real-time quality control, SD1 can provide faster, easier, more accurate medical diagnosis. The test results will be automatically printed after 12 minutes.

SD1 is a fully automatic biochemical analyzer successfully developed on the basis of Seamaty series products for medical and health diagnosis and precise reference laboratory experimental results.

SD1 fully automatic dry biochemical analyzer has the advantages of intelligent and portable, simple operation, high automation, small sample size, accurate testing and maintenance-free.

The SD1 biochemistry analyzer utilizes cutting-edge technologies such as cloud technology and Internet+medicine, which can assist the operator to determine the results remotely and accurately, with built-in centrifuge, automatic code scanning and real-time quality control, and automatic printing of test results after 12 minutes. The instrument also has online fault diagnosis, real-time online understanding of the instrument's working status, solving the worries of primary care.
Step 1: Loading and Initial Mixing (0 seconds)
Roughly 100uL of sample is added to the designated well on the test disc. The disc is then placed in the instrument's telescoping bin, which seamlessly transports it to its working position. A top bar secures the tray while the integrated dilution cup rises, puncturing itself to release diluent and top itself off.

Step 2: Centrifugal Separation (0-140 seconds)
High-speed rotation by the instrument's motor propels the sample and diluent outward within the test disc (centrifugation). This centrifugal force separates the sample into plasma at the center and blood cells at the periphery. Simultaneously, a specific volume of diluent fills a dedicated chamber for color assays and another collects excess diluent.

Step 3: Precise Mixing (140-210 seconds)
A combination of siphoning force and centrifugal force carefully guides the sample and pre-measured diluent into the mixing chamber. The instrument employs alternating acceleration and deceleration maneuvers to ensure homogenous mixing.

Step 4: Sample Distribution and Reaction (210-432 seconds)
The diluted sample is strategically distributed into designated colorimetric chambers containing various biochemical reagents.

Step 5: Colorimetric Detection and Analysis (432-672 seconds)
Chemical reactions within each chamber commence, generating colors indicative of specific biochemical concentrations. The SD1 utilizes constant light source detection technology, employing a halogen lamp to ensure a stable light source with minimal intensity variations (less than 1%). This surpasses traditional xenon lamp performance.
