The rack is made of aluminum profiles to ensure product quality. The vehicle-mounted dedicated column frame is compact and small, suitable for various vehicle models. The bracket is operated via electric drive and is fixedly installed on the vehicle. It can perform vertical lifting to meet various examination requirements. The chest X-ray stand and the fluoroscopy tube bracket have a travel range of 450-600mm, with synchronized movement. The specially designed mounting method reduces column shaking and vibration, improves equipment stability, and extends service life.
1. Installation of X-ray machine shock absorption system and automotive shock absorbers, along with adding steel plates to the chassis and aluminum cladding to the entire vehicle.
2. Thermal insulation, soundproofing, and noise reduction design. The vehicle's frame and body (including the roof, sides, and floor) are fully foamed and sealed with or bonded with thermal and sound insulation materials, particularly in the engine area to meet insulation and soundproofing requirements. The integrated structure of the body and frame not only reduces noise and vibration but also enhances the vehicle's rigidity, ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer to create a comfortable working environment.
3. Features of power supply layout design. The vehicle's power supply system is designed with a dual-circuit configuration, featuring dedicated intelligent controllers to separately control equipment, lighting, and systems in each functional area, along with installed leakage and overload protection devices. All wiring within the vehicle body employs insulated sealed conduits to eliminate potential hazards of electrical or water leakage. Power switches and sockets are provided at all workstations to facilitate physician operation.
4. Vehicle-mounted frame: The X-ray tube and detector are independent structures. The X-ray tube and detector are driven by a DC pushrod transmission system with electrical synchronization, enabling mobile control. Traditional steel rope or chain drive methods are not applicable, and disengagement or hanging incidents must be prevented.
5. Buffering and Shock Absorption Device: Ensures that in-vehicle equipment remains undamaged from vibrations on complex bumpy roads. The device can be activated upon power connection during parking. Suitable for mobile field experiences, with a daily examination volume of ≥1,500 individuals.
6. The machine room must be constructed using medical-grade lead room technology for radiation protection: The roof and floor can serve as radiation diffusers, reducing the density of radiation beams inside the machine. This not only prevents interference from reflected radiation and ensures imaging clarity but also minimizes unnecessary radiation exposure to examinees. The X-ray fluoroscopy machine is equipped with an alarm system for cumulative loading time and an automatic radiation termination device to prevent excessive radiation output.
7. Six-sided protection for the machine room (lead shielding on both sides of the central partition wall and additional lead shielding installed on the machine room roof), radiation-shielding lead glass (800*600*15mm) with a lead equivalent of 2.0-2.5Pb, 30 square meters of 1.2mm-thick radiation-shielding lead plate, and X-ray protection levels inside and outside the machine room ≤2.5uGy/h, complying with the international standard IEC407-1973 and the old national standards GB1887-2002, GBZ130-2002, and GB163-48; the X-ray fluoroscopy area adopts national standard protective measures (complying with relevant national standards (GBZ103-2002: X-ray leakage ≤2.5uGy/h) to ensure the safety of medical staff).
